Whatever you're carrying, we start by understanding it
Diagnostic clarity and integrated treatment for people navigating depression, anxiety, attention problems, sleep disruption, burnout, and medication overload.
Depression & Low Mood
Sometimes it's heaviness and hopelessness; sometimes it's numbness, irritability, or a quiet loss of vitality. We clarify what's actually going on, whether that's a mood disorder, sleep debt, a metabolic issue, life circumstance, or several at once, and treat accordingly.
Anxiety & Panic
Racing thoughts, physical tension, avoidance, perfectionism, a body that won't stand down. We map what maintains your anxiety and build a plan that may include nervous-system regulation, medication, therapy, and working through what's quietly fueling it.
ADHD & Focus Problems
Attention problems are real, and they have many causes: ADHD, yes, but also poor sleep, anxiety, depression, trauma, and overload. We do the careful diagnostic work first, so treatment targets the actual problem.
Insomnia & Sleep Disruption
Broken sleep breaks everything else. We assess your sleep patterns, medications, caffeine and alcohol, and circadian rhythm, then rebuild sleep with behavioral strategies, careful prescribing, and coordination with sleep medicine when needed.
Burnout & Chronic Stress
Burnout isn't laziness and it isn't fixed by a vacation. Exhaustion, cynicism, and lost meaning have both internal and external drivers: physiology, boundaries, habits, identity, work structure. We work on all of them.
Bipolar Disorder & Mood Swings
Periods of elevated energy, irritability, impulsivity, or little need for sleep can alternate with depression, or show up in less obvious ways. We look carefully at timing, patterns, medications, diet, substances, sleep, and family history, then build a steady plan for treatment and relapse prevention.
You are not your diagnosis
Labels can help organize care, but they never tell the whole story of a life. We hold diagnoses lightly, treat the person carrying them, and revisit our thinking as you change, because you will.
Outpatient care here is highly individualized, and it begins with a comprehensive evaluation. Some situations call for more support than a telehealth practice can safely provide, such as hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, or specialized detox. If that's true for you, we'll say so plainly and help point you in the right direction.
Not sure if your situation fits?
