This website does not collect health information
This public website does not collect or process Protected Health Information (PHI). It contains no intake forms, symptom questionnaires, or patient portals. All clinical information (scheduling details, intake forms, health history, and communications with your clinician) is handled exclusively through our separate, HIPAA-compliant electronic health record and client portal.
Analytics & cookies
The clinic's analytics posture is aggregate and privacy-first. This site does not use advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, or health-interest profiling. Any analytics, if enabled, measure aggregate page traffic only and do not build individual profiles.
If you email the clinic, your message is handled confidentially as a general business communication. Standard email is not encrypted end-to-end; please do not send detailed medical information by email. Once you become a patient, secure portal messaging is available.

Booking and intake links lead to our third-party practice-management platform (SimplePractice), which operates under its own privacy policy and a Business Associate Agreement covering protected health information. Scheduling requests, intake forms, secure portal messages, telehealth links, invoices, online payments, superbills, and patient documents are handled through SimplePractice rather than this public website.
Your rights
Patients receive the clinic's full Notice of Privacy Practices during intake, describing rights under HIPAA and California law, including the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act. Questions about privacy may be directed to hello@entheoclinic.com.
