What visits cost

Out-of-network status: Entheo Clinic is a private-pay practice and is not currently in-network with any insurance plan. This allows visits to remain long, individualized, and guided by clinical need rather than an insurance company’s checklist. If Entheo Clinic joins an insurance network later, the change will be confirmed in writing here.
Free Intro Consultation
Get-acquainted call · 15 minutes
$0

A short video or phone call before you commit to anything: ask your questions, describe what you're looking for, and see whether the practice fits. It's a conversation, not a medical visit, so no diagnosis, no prescriptions, and no charge. Request a free consultation

Comprehensive New-Patient Evaluation
Psychiatric + metabolic evaluation · 75 minutes
$475

The full picture, in one sitting: psychiatric history, current medications, labs and metabolic markers, sleep and lifestyle review, ending with a collaborative treatment plan you actually understand.

Standard Follow-Up
Medication management · 25 minutes
$245

Focused visits to review how treatment is working: medication adjustments, side-effect and metabolic monitoring, and progress against your plan.

Integrated Psychotherapy Follow-Up
Therapy + medication visit · 50 minutes
$345

A longer session that combines real psychotherapy (psychodynamic, IFS-informed, cognitive-behavioral, or integration-focused) with medication care, in one unhurried visit.

Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medi-Cal & Medicaid: We're unable to accept patients with these plans right now, even on a cash-pay basis, due to federal rules, not clinic preference. Please let us know before scheduling if you carry any government coverage.
Medication and laboratory costs: Visit fees do not include prescription medication costs or laboratory charges. Pharmacies and laboratories bill those costs separately.

Payment, cancellations, and paperwork

Payment

A simple, secure way to pay.

Payment is due at the time of service through the secure Client Portal. We accept major credit and debit cards, HSA cards, and FSA cards. The published fee is your total: Entheo Clinic absorbs the 3.15% + $0.30 online-payment processing cost, so no separate card fee is added.

Good to know: HSA/FSA eligibility and out-of-network reimbursement are determined by your plan.

Appointment Changes

Your appointment is reserved for you.

Cancelled or rescheduled visits with less than 24 business hours’ notice, and missed appointments, may incur a $150 fee. Insurance does not reimburse this fee. We know emergencies happen; please let us know as soon as you can.

Forms & Letters

Time-intensive paperwork has a stated rate.

Forms and letters are completed only when clinically appropriate and usually after an established treatment relationship. We discuss the scope and fee before work begins; these services are generally not reimbursable by insurance.

Brief letter or simple form
$125
FMLA or workplace accommodation form
$250
Disability certification or complex narrative
$500

The full financial policy: You’ll review it with your secure intake paperwork before care begins, with time to ask questions.

HSA & FSA Welcome

Psychiatric care is a qualified medical expense, so your HSA or FSA card works here directly.

Superbills for Reimbursement

After each visit, you can receive a superbill with the CPT and ICD-10 codes insurers require. Many PPO plans reimburse a meaningful share of out-of-network psychiatric care.

Good Faith Estimates

Under the federal No Surprises Act, you're entitled to a written estimate of costs before care. Ours is easy: the fees above are the fees.

Portal payments and documents
Billing lives in the secure Client Portal: pay a balance, and download invoices, statements, and superbills whenever you need them. No paper, no phone tag.

Checking your out-of-network benefits

Five minutes on the phone with the number on your insurance card can tell you a lot. Ask:

  • Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient telehealth psychiatry?
  • What's my out-of-network deductible, and how much is met?
  • What percentage do you reimburse for CPT 90792 (evaluation) and 99214 + 90836 (follow-up with psychotherapy)?
  • How do I submit a superbill, and what's the deadline?

Clarity about costs. Clarity about care.

Both are how this practice works. Book when you're ready.
