Terms of Use
Educational information only
The information on this website is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not create a physician-patient relationship.
When a physician-patient relationship begins
A physician-patient relationship with Entheo Clinic is established only after formal intake, signed consents, and a clinical evaluation. Browsing this site, emailing the clinic, or requesting an appointment does not itself establish care.
Client Portal and billing
Once care begins, the Client Portal (operated by SimplePractice) may be used for scheduling requests, intake documents, telehealth links, secure messages, billing, online payments, statements, superbills, and clinical documents. Financial policies, consent forms, and any applicable payment or administrative fees are disclosed in writing through the intake and billing process before they apply.
Emergencies
If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use this website or email for urgent matters.
No guarantees
Descriptions of services and clinical approaches reflect the practice's philosophy and typical offerings. Individual treatment decisions are made only after evaluation. No outcome is guaranteed.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, and design on this site belong to Entheo Clinic, a Professional Medical Corporation, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms. Last updated July 2026.
